In Ayurveda, it is believed that the way we lead our lives and how we choose our food has a major influence on our health and well-being. By aligning our daily actions to our individual needs, we can balance our body and spirit and eliminate the root for many diseases. Similarly we can use food and lifestyle choices to heal ourselves.
I offer regular consultations for nutrition and lifestyle in line with the Ayurvedic principles. After an initial consultation where we will define your individual constitution and analyse how food and lifestyle might have disturbed the balance of your body and mind, you will get practicable advise on how to align your lifestyle more with your individual needs. 
I recommend to have a follow-up consultation about every 3 to 6 months, depending on what you are working with.
